The 15% platform service fee is charged to agents on top of the driver payout — it is never deducted from driver earnings. Example: agent sets $55 driver payout → agent pays $63.25 ($55 + $8.25 service fee) → driver receives $55 in full. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies — it won't change mid-delivery.
Agents are charged at posting. If your delivery request goes unfilled or a driver cancels before starting, you get a full refund — no questions asked. See our refund policy.
How a listing weekend
actually flows.
Realistic scenarios built around our five delivery types — what an agent posts, what a driver sees, and how the money moves.
- Thursday evening: agent pins the For Sale sign spot on satellite imagery, posts a $50 SignSet delivery request, adds gate code.
- Friday 7 AM: a cleared local driver accepts. GPS photo confirms placement at the exact pin.
- Saturday: agent posts a $45 SignSpread — 10 directional signs along nearby main streets.
- Driver confirms all 10 stops with timestamped photos before 9 AM.
- Monday: SignSweep posted. Directionals retrieved same day. Agent's dashboard shows the full photo log.
- 7:45 AM: driver opens the live map — four nearby delivery requests visible, payout on every pin.
- Bids on two highest-pay deliveries within 3 miles. Both confirmed by 8:10 AM.
- Stops: 6 directionals for an open house, then a For Sale sign installation 1.2 miles away.
- All 7 stops photo-verified and marked complete by 10:25 AM.
- Stripe payout releases automatically: $86 earned before noon, no invoice needed.
- Agent based in Pasadena has a listing 45 miles away in Riverside.
- Posts a $60 SignSet targeting the Inland Empire driver pool — no drive time required.
- A driver local to Riverside accepts. They know the streets; agent doesn't need to.
- GPS photo confirms placement at the exact pinned address. Done.
- Agent tracks it live from their Pasadena office. Zero windshield time.
Real deliveries,
honest results.
Agents and drivers from our Southern California beta — specific outcomes, not vague praise.
"I've been running directional signs myself before every open house — 45 minutes per setup I'll never get back. Posted a SignSpread at 6 PM, driver confirmed by 7:15 AM. Ten signs placed and GPS-confirmed before I had my first coffee."
"Did four deliveries my first weekend. The live map shows the payout before you commit — no guessing. Made $212 Saturday morning and was home before noon. Beats rideshare on every metric: payout, flexibility, and no passengers."
"I cover Inland Empire and have listings 45 miles from my office. Posted a SignSet for Riverside and a local driver handled it — knew the streets better than I do. GPS photo confirmed the exact pinned location. Zero windshield time."
"The checklist is clean — upload the photo, confirm the stop, move on. Payout hit my Stripe account the next morning every time. I've done 22 deliveries this month. The system works exactly as described, with zero drama."
"Our team runs 3–4 open houses a week. We now route every SignSpread and SignSweep through SignStops. My team lead was skeptical until we showed him the timestamped photo log from the first delivery. It's standard practice now."
"Was working 25 hours a week at a coffee shop. Started doing sign deliveries on weekend mornings — I've cut my coffee shop shifts by 8 hours and make up the difference here. The scheduling flexibility matches my life in a way rideshare never did."
