What moves the price
Sign count
Open-house routes add a per-sign amount for every directional; single-property jobs add it for each sign after the first.
Drive time
The first 5 minutes are local. Each minute of driving after that adds $0.50 to the driver's payout.
Property type
Commercial ×1.25, land / lot ×0.85, residential ×1.00.
Weekend demand
Weekend jobs carry a 15% demand bump so drivers show up when open houses happen.
